Our Guarantee:

At our store, we take great care in selecting the freshest and most beautiful flowers for our designs. We handpick all our flowers three times a week from the NYC flower market. However, sometimes it's challenging to determine if the flowers have been held by the growers for an extended period. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any concerns upon receiving your flowers, please let us know.

To ensure that your flowers remain vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend adding fresh water to them immediately upon delivery, as there may be some water spillage during transit. For optimal longevity, it's best to change the water daily and trim the stems every few days. Additionally, it's essential to keep the flowers away from heat sources and fruits.

Under normal conditions, you can expect the flowers to last between 3 to 5 days. However, please be aware that since flowers are perishable items, some may not last as long. We intentionally design our arrangements with a mix of blooms in different stages of opening, allowing you to enjoy their beauty over several days. By removing fading blooms, you can help prolong the freshness of the remaining flowers.

If, for any reason, your flowers don't last for at least 3 days, kindly email us a photo immediately after delivery so that we can provide a replacement. To facilitate this process, we ask that you share any concerns and pictures within 48 hours of receiving the flowers. Moreover, for roses, you might notice "guard petals," which are purposely left on to prevent the roses from blooming too quickly. Although these petals may appear dry or brown, rest assured that the roses are still fresh, and you can gently remove them after receiving your flowers.

Orchid Plants:

Our orchid plants are expected to thrive for about 2 weeks. To care for them properly, add one shot glass of water to the orchid once a week. Make sure to place the orchid in a well-lit room, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Avoid overwatering or exposing the plant to chilly environments. Should your orchid not last the expected 2 weeks, please send us a photo, and we will gladly send you a replacement.

Succulents:

Succulents will flourish when positioned near a window with direct sunlight. It's essential to allow the soil to completely dry out before adding any water. Typically, succulents can go without water for 3 to 4 weeks. Lightly misting them once a week is beneficial for both succulents and orchids, but be cautious not to leave any water standing on the leaves.
